About me
I'm Nuredin Kurtovic, a product designer and developer based in Sarajevo. My work starts as a designer — every decision begins with the user's experience, the brand's voice, and the visual logic of the interface — then follows all the way down into Laravel controllers, Vue components, React Native screens, and database schemas, so nothing gets lost between design and engineering.
I treat design and development as one craft, not two departments. I care about clean code, but only where it earns its keep. Polish is not craft, and a pixel-perfect screen is not a product — what separates real product work is judgment, taste, accountability, and the willingness to delete the beautiful thing when it doesn't work.

A comprehensive logistics platform owned by BHX Logistics — a full-circle solution covering brokerage and carrier operations, with driver communication via an integrated React Native app. Running in production for nearly five years on a PHP (Laravel) backend and Vue.js frontend.
A custom Node (Express) + Vue.js project covering the live website plus a platform for posting articles, a PDF generator, and an email manager and sender.
A React Native app within the broader Milestone platform — real-time driver communication, dispatch updates, status tracking, and brokerage and carrier workflows on the go. In production for nearly five years as a critical daily field-operations tool.
A custom-built marketing site for a commercial and community-scale solar installation company. A clean, performance-focused interface presenting services, project galleries, and company info — built to support lead generation and client inquiries.
A custom-built web application on Node.js (Express) and Vue.js — supporting gallery image uploads, category management, team member listings, and hero image management. Fully custom-developed.
A web application built on Node.js (Express) with a Vue.js frontend, integrating via API with a third-party recruitment management system to support hiring.
A Flutter-based app for buying and selling vehicles, backed by AWS infrastructure on Kubernetes. Introduces a video story format to enhance browsing and auto-advertises boosted posts on Meta social networks. I led the UI and UX design for a seamless, engaging experience.
